GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – 2026 JANUARY_1 VERSION.
• Location, nature, and content of the Service: the "sightseeing car" (fixed-route) service, which the Provider performs in Budapest according to the specified route and at the booked time. The fee for the Service – in the form of a ticket purchased in advance by the Passenger – is payable according to the price list on the GetYourGuide platform. The starting point and time of the tour are recorded at the time of booking.
• Items or luggage that could harm the health, physical safety, clothing, or other hand luggage of the Service Provider or other passengers, or damage or soil the vehicle, or disrupt safe transportation, are not allowed to be transported. If the Service Provider finds any of the Passenger's luggage or valuables in the vehicle, the Service Provider is obliged to immediately notify the passenger or the GetYourGuide customer service. In such cases, the Service Provider will do everything possible to return the found item to its rightful owner as soon as possible. The Service Provider is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings occurring during the trip.
• The Service Provider may refuse passenger transport or exclude the Passenger from transport if the Passenger is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, behaves disruptively, and through their behavior endangers the safety of transportation, the physical safety or health of themselves, the Service Provider, or fellow passengers, damages or threatens the vehicle's equipment, is infectious, severely injured, wishes to transport a live animal, is helpless, or is a person who cannot use the Service without an accompanying individual.
• The Passenger may be liable for damages if they cause damage to the vehicle (e.g., graffiti, breakage, vandalism).
• Provider's obligations: The Provider is required to make the vehicle available in a functional and clean condition for the duration of the Service and to ensure the route that was announced in advance. If the Service is canceled or delayed – for example, due to a technical failure – the Provider shall promptly inform the Passengers and, if possible, provide a replacement service or a full refund of the ticket (or a partial refund). The Provider is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, unexpected traffic obstacles). The Provider is entitled to modify the route for technical or traffic reasons. The Passenger will be informed about such modifications. The Provider has liability insurance, which also covers compensation for the Passenger in the car in case of accidents during the journey. The Provider holds all necessary permits.
• Cancellation, modification: In the event of a cancellation/modification by the Passenger – which is done through the GetYourGuide platform – the Service Provider applies the following refund rules: 100% refund if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance; no refund for cancellations/modifications less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show.
• The parties shall primarily resolve disputes amicably. If this does not lead to a result, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent court according to the Service Provider's registered office – Pest County.
• The current GTC may be modified by the Service Provider; the Passenger will be informed about the changes on the GetYourGuide platform or at the time of ticket purchase.
